GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Introduction

        1.1. CasinoVentura is operated by Mountberg Ltd a a company based at 67 Limassol Avenue, Vision Tower, Floor 2, Aglantzia, 2121, Nicosia, Cyprus, under gaming Licence number 1668/JAZ issued by Curacao eGaming, authorised and regulated by the Government of Curacao.

        1.2. CasinoVentura reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

        1.3. Terms & Conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the player’s responsibility to check the terms & conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and making any bets in CasinoVentura.

    2. My Account

        2.1. To be able to play real money games on CasinoVentura, an account must be opened.

        2.2. The minimum age for opening an account is 18-years old.

        2.3. Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play with CasinoVentura

        2.4. Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). If the individual has more than one account this is called “multi-accounting” which is highly forbidden and in such instances all those accounts will be closed immediately.

        2.5. If multiple players wish to play in our CasinoVentura from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures.

     3. Account verification

        3.1. All accounts need to be verified for age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.

        3.2. In order to withdraw the player must submit copies of all the following personal documents:

    • Copy of a personal identification document (ID, driver’s license, or passport)

    • Copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, water, telephone – must not be older than 2 months) with name and address as registered in player’s CasinoVentura account

     4. Withdrawals

        4.1. Minimum withdrawal amount is 20 €/£/$, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion.

        4.2. All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance

        4.3. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a pay out, or if the pay out is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in CasinoVentura in the past.

        4.4. In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer. In this case all processing fees are the player’s responsibility.

        4.5. Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is 500 €/$/£/CHF/4500kr. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is 100€/$/£/CHF/900kr. Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 2000 €/$/£/CHF/18000kr  per a week and 5000 €/$/£/CHF/45000kr per a month, unless otherwise specified in the promotional Terms & Conditions, where exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status.

        4.6. If withdrawal is limited (in the case that the player wins with a Free Signup Bonus for instance), any balance over the maximum allowed amount will be removed from the player’s account after the withdrawal is requested.

        4.7. Should a player attempt to withdraw before the wagering has been completed, the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

        4.8. CasinoVentura reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service.

        4.9. CasinoVentura finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.

    5. Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Due Diligence

        5.1 We are subject to anti-money laundering and funding of terrorism laws and must in this regard perform due diligence on customers. 

        5.2 The information provided to us for the purposes of our due diligence obligations shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

        5.3 The player hereby acknowledge that we shall use the information obtained from him for our due diligence obligations to conduct public searches and perform checks in order to verify the information provided to us. 

        5.4 Whilst we are carrying out our due diligence measures, the player may be allowed to continue using his account. However, he will not be allowed to affect any withdrawals from such account until our verification procedures are completed. 

        5.5 Where we are unable to conclude our due diligence obligations because we have not received the required information from the player or we are otherwise unable to verify the identity, no activity may be undertaken from the account and the account will be blocked and/or terminated. In such event, we shall return any Deposit Funds present in the account at the time of blocking and/or termination except where it is necessary for us to delay or withhold payment of all or some of the player funds to comply with our legal obligations.

        5.6 We reserve the right to ask for additional information and documentation to fulfil our due diligence obligations, and any communication for the provision of information/documentation is not to be deemed as being a final communication in this regard.

        5.7 If we become aware or suspect that the information provided by the player is materially false, we shall cancel the registration and take such other steps as may be required by us under law. We will not pay out any winnings in such circumstances.

    6. Responsible Gaming 

6.1  The player may choose at his discretion to limit the amount that is allowed to deposit, lose and/or wager during any day period selected. If the player reaches this limit, he will not be able to deposit / place any bet until the summation of the bets, including the one that he is trying to perform, made the day in the time period selected, until the set-day limit passes. 

6.2  The player may at his discretion choose to set a maximum session time during which he is allowed to be logged in at the Website. After this period has expired, he will be logged out of the site and any game in progress is stopped.

        6.3 The player may at his discretion choose to limit his ability to access the Account (log in) for indefinite time in which the account will not be accessible again.

6.4 The player may choose to limit his ability to access the Account (log in) for a time period of his choice, during which his account will not be accessible and the remaining funds will be frozen. The player will be able to use them after the expiration of the time period defined or he can request to be transferred back to his bank account.

        6.5 All limitations mentioned above can be set by the player through the account ‘Cashier’ ‘Limits’ section on our portal. 

        6.6 Any self-exclusion request would be valid for the brand the player is currently a member of (for example WWW.CASINOVENTURA.COM) only and does not include other sites operated by us.

        6.7 All restrictions and exclusions shall immediately become effective upon inserting and confirming the settings in his account ‘Cashier’ ‘Limits’ section on our portal. If the player wishes to remove a restriction or a limit set by him, he will have to request a new limit in “Cashier” “Limits’ section in our portal and such change shall take place after 24 hours after the request has been received by the Website support.

    8. Complaints

8.1 The player may contact our customer service on support@CasinoVentura.com and according to the instructions located at the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.

8.2 Complaints are handled by the support team and escalated in the organization if required. The player shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Curacao.

The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao.

11. Account Limits

All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Casino Ventura, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed hereunder. 12. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. CasinoVentura.com reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.

When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount + bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.

Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 20€ or equivalent in another currency.

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (x30) the bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited.

When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.

Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance.

The players can request a withdrawal of the deposited amount prior to fulfilling the wagering requirements however the bonus and any potential winnings will be forfeited.

With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending withdrawal.

To assure fair gaming and prevent fraud, wagers placed using bonus money are limited to a maximum amount per game round. To ensure fair play and the proper use of bonuses, Casino Ventura considers betting with zero-margin, standardized betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting as irregular gameplay to take advantage of bonuses. Casino Ventura can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Casino Ventura’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Casino Ventura’s management.

Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfilment. For example if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €10, €10 will contribute towards wagering fulfilment.

Below are the eligible games for bonus wagering contribution and their relative % contribution:

Slot games: 100%

Simple games: 100%

All other games: 0%

Slot games Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Bloodsuckers and Dead or Alive are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games whilst wagering a bonus, the bets placed on these slot games will be deducted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus.

If a player decides to play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the wagering requirements, Casino Ventura holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. 

13. Welcome Bonus

All players are able to claim the 100% match Welcome Bonus. The wagering for the 100% match bonus is 30 times the bonus amount. For example if a player deposits €20, he will receive €20 as bonus and in order to fulfil wagering, he will have to reach a balance of €600 (€20 x 30 = €600). Should a player attempt to withdraw before wagering has been completed, the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

14. Free Spin Bonuses

Free Spin bonuses have no wagering requirements. That means that any winnings derived from a free spins bonus do not need to be wagered before becoming real cash.

There are no wagering requirements for free spins bonuses.

For players who have never made a deposit at CasinoVentura.com, the maximum cash out on free spins winnings is €100 or equivalent in another currency.

Only players from the following countries are eligible to receive no deposit free spins bonuses: Austria, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, New Zealand, Norway, and Sweden.

If a player attempts a withdrawal while still wagering his first deposit bonus will also have the free spins earned and any winnings derived from the free spins forfeited.

The player must undergo full KYC procedure which also includes a minimal deposit of €20 or equivalent in other currency before winnings derived from a free spin bonus is attempted.

14.1 No deposit / Free money bonuses

By default and unless otherwise specified, all no deposit / free money bonuses have a wagering requirement of 50 (fifty) times the bonus amount.

In case of winnings derived from no deposit/free money bonuses, the maximum allowed withdrawal is of €50 or equivalent in other currency. The initial no deposit/free money bonus amount is not available for withdrawal, with possible exception of higher bonus amounts, higher VIP level or in case a minimum of €50 have been placed.

14.2 Cashback Bonus 

A cashback bonus is a bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given manually by a member of Casino Ventura’s team.

A cashback bonus is mostly given as a percentage of losses incurred, back into the player’s account.

Cashback bonus credited bonus amounts can be credited as a good will gesture or regularly/occasionally to selected players for loyalty compensation and/or as part of the Casino Ventura’s VIP program which is purely by invitation and amounts are decided on a case by case basis according to the player activity frequency and amount of losses incurred.

14.3 Insurance Bonus

The insurance will be credited as a no-deposit bonus, and will be a 100% match of your first deposit, with a maximum of €100,-. The Insurance Bonus must be claimed before any second deposit is made. After a second deposit, there will be no possibility anymore to claim the Insurance Bonus. The credited Insurance Bonus amount is not cashable. The maximum cashout from the insurance bonus is equivalent to your first deposit amount.

14.4 Friday Fun

This 50% deposit match bonus can be claimed once every Friday between 0:00 and 23:59 (CET) and is available for all players. 14.5 Special Game Provider Promotions

14.6 Comp Points (Ventura Points)

Comps or Comp Points (abbreviation of complimentary points) are a type of real money reward that Casino Ventura players receive against any bet placed on the different available casino games.

Our casino games generate points at different rates. The rate is expressed as a percentage, which equals to the fraction of 1 casino point earned with every €1 (or other currency equivalent) bet placed. Any bet, regardless of size count towards earning comp points.

15. Breaches and Termination of Player Account

Casino Ventura has the right to terminate any services and/or block your player account if it finds that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if Casino Ventura has a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them. Casino Ventura reserves the right to withhold any funds in your player account (including the deposit) and apply such funds in consideration of any damages due by you.

If Casino Ventura suspects that you are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website, its related platforms and/or any other products/services; or that you are in breach of this Terms and Conditions; or that you are having problems with creditors or otherwise detrimental to Casino Ventura's business, the Casino Ventura may block your player account and/or freeze/cancel any payments/transactions at its absolute discretion.

If the player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Casino Ventura in any way including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if the player makes untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Casino Ventura's operation in any media or forum, Casino Ventura reserves the right to close the player’s account, and cancel all transactions of such player.

You acknowledge that Casino Ventura shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated Casino Ventura’s rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in suspension or permanent blocking of your using the website, its related platforms and/or any other products/services.

You have the right to close your player account or a particular subscription at any time. You understand and agree that, except as expressly provided by law, the closure of your player account or a particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Casino Ventura or its licensors.

You may close your player account or a particular subscription for a service by following the procedures made available. Casino Ventura reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before you close your player account or a particular subscription. In the event that your account or a particular subscription is closed, no refund will be granted, no other credits (e.g. comp points) will be credited to you or converted to money or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your player account or anything associated with it.
